The Viharamahadevi Park formerly known as Victoria Park is a public park situated in Colombo 7. It is situated next to the National Museum of Colombo and in front of the Colombo Town Hall. The Park is named after Queen Viharamahadevi, the mother of King Dutugemunu who was a famous king in Sri Lanka. It is operated by the Colombo Municipal Council and is open all year round. The park includes many different rides where children together with their families can have an enjoyable time.
