Sakura Restaurant is a Japanese cuisine restaurant situated in Colombo 05. It is the oldest specialty Japanese restaurant in Colombo founded by the experienced Sri Lankan chef Kumara who graduated from cookery school in Shikoku Island in Japan. The restaurant initially opened up in 1983 in Colombo 03. It serves a variety of classic Japanese dishes with modifications to suit the local palate. It has got great value and taste for the price charged.
