Distance from Anuradhapura – 8.8 km (17 minutes)

Prasada Stupa, also known as Indikatu Seya, is situated at the Abhayagiri Complex in Anuradhapura. It is one of the four square-shaped stupas found in Sri Lanka, out of which the most popular one is the “Sath Mahal Prasada” of Polonnaruwa. Ruins of the stupa and its image house can be seen at the site.

Getting to Prasada Stupa

From Anuradhapura travel along the Puttalam – Anuradhapura – Trincomalee Highway, Thuparama Mawatha and Anula Mawatha and turn onto Lankarama Road to reach the Prasada Stupa in Anuradhapura.
