The Old Parliament Building is the building which houses the Presidential Secretariat of Sri Lanka. Inaugurated on 29th January 1930, the building used to serve as the parliament building of the government of Sri Lanka up until it was relocated to Sri Jayawardenepura, Kotte in 1983. Situated adjacent to the Old Parliament Building is the General Treasury Building and in close proximity is the President’s House. It is located in Colombo Fort area facing the Galle Face.
