Kathaluwa Purwarama Maha Viharaya is a Buddhist temple situated in Ahangama, Galle. It is a beautiful old rustic temple with paintings on its walls. Th paintings are believed to be from the Kandyan era. It is a rarely visited temple and a paradise for art lovers.
