It is a calm beach with white sand and turquoise blue water ideal for surfing. There are quite a few restaurants located surrounding the beach. Jungle beach is rich in corals and marine biodiversity.

Getting to Jungle Beach – Weligama

From Mirissa travel along the Matara Road up to Weligama. The travel along Weligama By Pass Road and turn to Kalukanda Road to reach the Jungle Beach – Weligama.
