Baker’s Falls is situated in Horton Plains National Park on an affluent of the Belihul Oya. It stands at a height of 20 meters. The waterfall has been named after Sir Samuel Baker who was a famous explorer at the time and who also happened to discover Nuwara Eliya.

Getting to Baker’s Falls

From Nuwara Eliya travel along the Blackpool-Ambewela-Pattipola-Horton Plain Road passing Ambewela and Pattipola to reach the Baker’s Falls which is situated along Baker’s Falls Road within the Horton Plains National Park.
