Shrine of Our Lady Madhu or Madhu Church, is a Roman Catholic shrine which is situated in the district of Mannar. It is one of the most sacred and important pilgrim sites for Catholics in Sri Lanka. Both Sinhalese and Tamil Catholics come to worship at Madhu Church. The church was severely affected by the civil war and was shelled a number of times. The church hosted an annual feast which was, at times, attended by close to a million devotees.
