Naga Pokuna is a pond situated in Mihintale, Anuradhapura. It bears sign for one of the earliest hydraulic civilizations of the Sinhalese kingdom. The Naga Pokuna is one of the three remaining ponds and waterways which exist up-to-date in the area. Situated on an elevated terrain, the pond takes its name from the five-hooded cobra which is carved on to rock just above the surface of the water. The tail of the cobra is said to touch the bottom of the pond.

From Anuradhapura travel along the Puttalam – Anuradhapura – Trincomalee Highway up to Mihintale to reach the Naga Pokuna which is situated in Mihintale.
