From Polonnaruwa travel approximately 1.7 km along the Maradankadawala-Habarana-Thirukkondaiadimadu Highway towards Mahasen Mawatha and turn to 4th Channel Road. Then turn to Muslim Colony Road and go along this route to reach the Kaduruwela Jayanthi Temple.
